just a small check-in with myselfSlept Way Too Long Today
Okay so overall things have been going pretty well lately.
But today… yeah I slept way longer than I should have.
You know that moment when you wake up and instantly realize you overslept? Yeah, that feeling.
Not the best start to the day, but it happens.
Trying not to overthink it and just move on.
The Nightmares Thing
Something kinda weird has been happening lately.
Before, my dreams used to be pretty normal. Sometimes even nice or peaceful.
But recently they’ve turned into straight-up nightmares.
The kind that wake you up suddenly and leave you feeling uneasy for a while.
Not sure if it’s stress, fasting, overthinking, or just random brain chaos.
But it’s definitely strange.
If this is just one of those phases, I hope it passes soon.
📚 Study Hours Log
Since I’m trying to stay consistent, I figured I should log my study hours too.

Ramadan Thoughts
I was randomly thinking today…
How many days of Ramadan have already passed?
Time feels like it’s moving ridiculously fast.
It honestly feels like Ramadan just started yesterday.
🪫 Feeling Kinda Weak Lately
Another thing I’ve noticed recently — I just feel low energy most of the time.
Not sick or anything. Just tired.
Mentally and physically.
Maybe it’s the sleep schedule.
Maybe fasting.
Maybe just life doing its thing.
Hopefully it gets better soon.
Small reminder to myself:
Even slow progress is still progress.
